During 2014 the Welsh Government announced plans to change the way in which they fund specific grants when they published its provisional Local Government Settlement for 2015-16.

Due to this decision 11 grants have been condensed into one – namely the Education Improvement Grant:

The Pupil Deprivation Grant remains as a separate grant with its own Terms & Conditions.
