The six education portfolio holders representing the 6 North Wales Local Authorities, their Chief Officers and the Regional School Improvement Consortium, GwE, would like to warmly congratulate all Year 11 learners on their achievements this year. This year again has presented new challenges and the significant efforts made by learners, and the support that they have received from their families and schools should be acknowledged. We would like to wish all our learners the very best in their chosen next steps and advise that they speak to their schools about the wide range of post-16 learning opportunities available to them.

This year has presented significant new challenges for learners and schools and GwE has supported local authorities, schools and settings through effective collaboration and partnership working to ensure that learners achieve the best results possible during the current pandemic.
