All Eyes on Wales
The recent ‘All Eyes on Wales’ International conference was a resounding success. During the day over 350 joined the suite of workshops live with many being viewed by groups of learners.
There were clear messages and themes running throughout the day regarding Curriculum for Wales especially the four purposes, Schools as Learning Organisations, Leadership and Learner voice.
Our international and key note speakers such as Nick Butter and Jazz Ampaw-Farr spoke highly of current activity in Welsh Education. Miguel Gonzalez from the United Nations Framework Convention for Climate Change, who spoke at the event, congratulated GwE and North Wales schools for leading the way on the United Nation’s 100 Schools Climate Change Challenge.
