Polls Open for First Ever Welsh Youth Parliament Election
Polls for the first ever Welsh Youth Parliament election and young people across Wales are now open and young people across Wales are being encouraged to cast their vote to choose their local representative!
The election runs for three weeks from the 5 to the 25 of November this year. Anyone aged between 11-18 and living in Wales can register to vote and over 13,000 have already done so. If pupils in your school have yet to register to vote, please note that it will still be possible for them to do so until the 16 November. Please visit the website for more details.
After registering, each young person will receive an email containing a unique voter code and details of the candidates in order to be able to vote. For those registering to vote after the 5 November they will receive a unique voter code either on 9 or the 20 of November.
